Carl Gotts, President of Gotts & Associates, first came to St. Croix with his wife Marti in 1988. He is a former U.S. Marine Corps officer and licensed U.S. Coast Guard Boat Captain. Carl and Marti also own a successful real estate firm, as well as Vacation St. Croix, the premier vacation rental and property management firm on St. Croix since 1996. Carl is the past Vice President for Community Affairs for the St. Croix Chamber of Commerce, Executive Director for the local Marine Corps Association’s “Toys For Tots” campaign from 1995 to 2006, and a current CASA/VIVA Board Member.
